Works well. If buying white chocolate from grocery store, thin it out with a little bit of oil. I used coconut oil. Dont forget to "burp" it to make chocolate flow more freely...turn off fountain for 10-15 seconds to let air bubbles out...pour some chocolate at the top. Clean up was messy, but I imagine all chocolate fountains can be messy to clean up. Very happy with this fountain.

Used chicken wing hot sauce mixed with corn starch rather than chocolate in the fountain. This was an effective adaptation of this product for the purpose of dipping chicken wings in hot sauce. There was a bit of noise, but other than that our experience was very satisfactory.

This chocolate fountain has been the hit of many parties at our house! We always use the Sephra Milk Chocolate with it, so I am unsure how other ingredients work with the machine, but we have no complaints about how it functions. The only thing that has been a problem has been taking it apart to clean it. The pieces can be hard to pry apart. One piece has cracked from sticking to another and needing to be forced apart. But, even that piece still works well.

We bought the Sephra based on other reviews. It met and exceeded expectations. The only thing that made it a 4 was the need to remove air bubbles that formed in the tube. Probably more operator error.

I ordered 4 of these for a university student organization. We frequently have parties and activities for several hundred people. These work great for what we needed. They are fairly easy to assemble, take apart, clean, and pack away. We have used them several times now, and they are quiet, reliable, and are very popular.
