We bought this for a baby shower and it was a big hit. We will be using it at every party. Everyone had fun dipping strawberries. It was easy to take apart and clean. No technical difficulties. Just follow the instructions. Husband actually wants to keep it running all year long...but we won't, that's just silly.

Such a good product and nicely priced in my opinion! This was such a cool addition to my wine and chocolate party that the girls just raved on and on about it for a while. I reveiewed quite a few fountains and this one was the obvious winner :)

I got one of these for my house after a coworker brought it to an office party. It was a huge hit for Thanksgiving and for Christmas dessert. Only downside is that we needed two bags in order to get the appropriate "curtain" and probably wasted a bagful. Still totally worth it. Kids and grown ups alike had a blast with it. We had about 20 people enjoy it each time so it really is better suited for more people then there wouldn't be as much waste. Still glad we got it and I bought one for my best girlfriend for her birthday. :)

I frequently host parties and I purchased this instead of making my usual chocolate dipped fruits. My guests greatly enjoyed dipping all kinds of food in the fountain. It was easy to use and surprisingly easy to clean not to mention quiet. 4 lbs of the Sepra dark chocolate were more than enough for 25 guests to dip in over the course of a 6 hour party.

Easy to set up, use, refill, "burp" when there were air pockets (Sephra has good instructional videos about this on youtube) and no problem to save excess chocolate and clean out the rest. Such a great investment that we will use again and again for birthdays and other occasions. Machine looks great and feels really sturdy. Made my daughter's first party in a new town a huge success.

I purchased this 16 inch fountain after reading a lot of reviews for various brands and sizes. I was very pleased with the Sephora fountain. I followed several review suggestions to make sure the fountain was level, now there is a level in the box for future events. The pre-melting of the chocolate was a great idea and very helpful since we had only an hour for preparation. Our event was in a facility which did not have a microwave or stove and it was 30 minutes from home. The dilemma was solved by boiling water at home and placing in a thermos to be used at the event to float the chocolate bag in a bowl filled with hot water while I was preparing other decorations and food tables. I had microwaved the bags of chocolate at home and placed them in a thermal container for transport to the event. This worked well. . I am so happy I purchased this fountain. The kids and the adults loved it. I am sure it will be used for several extended family parties throughout the year!

I'm so glad I chose this fountain over all the others that are available. It worked beautifully, and was a huge hit at our party. I would advise buying the Sephra brand chocolate wafers that are recommended, too, because you don't have to add oil and they melt quickly. Also, the milk chocolate was delicious! The cascading chocolate formed a perfect curtain of chocolate, just like the picture on the ad and on the box! We also tried the Wilton Chocolate Pro Melting chocolate wafers, and they also worked perfectly. Cleanup was not too bad! The stainless steel base and basin is not only nice-looking, but also helped a lot with the easy cleanup. Great product!!!!

I bought this chocolate fountain because all the previous reviews rated it with five stars. This fountain was simple to put together, quiet, and ran like a champ! At first, without the chocolate flowing through it sounded a bit loud. But, after the chocolate was flowing through it the fountain was quiet as a mouse. When you first start the fountain running with the chocolate you have to turn it off and on a few times to get rid of the air and then watch out...it flows flawlessly. Turning it off and on when you notice the flow isn't perfect (for about 10 seconds) is the key to a perfect flow. I love this product.
