USA & Canada Shipping Information
Chocolate may melt in transit during the warm weather months (April through November). However, this DOES NOT affect the quality or flavor of the product, which CAN be re-melted and used normally. Heat can affect the appearance of the product (blooming), however the quality and taste remains unchanged. We specifically pack into convenient to microwave 2lb bags for this very reason. Please note: returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted for instances of melting.
Orders placed before Noon EST will ship the same business day otherwise it will ship the following business day. Orders are only shipped Monday thru Friday. Estimated transit time applies from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed. If you are concerned about getting your order on time, please feel free to call us, we can help and possibly get your order out the same day.

Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will be receiving an email with your tracking information so that you will know exactly when your order will arrive. Please note, no shipping method is guaranteed to arrive within the estimated time. Unfortunately, although rare, delays can happen due to poor weather, and incidents out of our control. We will always endeavour to help meet your needs, despatch your order within the indicated processing time on the selected service, and try our best to get your delivery to you on time. However, refunds will not be accepted in the event of a carrier delay. As such we always recommend you placing your order well in advance of your event to avoid any disappointment.
Standard Ground Shipping
Generally all orders within the US will be shipped via Fedex.
- FedEx Ground: 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Service days are Monday-Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day. FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
- FedEx Home Delivery: 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Service days are Tuesday-Saturday. Delivery is between 9am and 8pm FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
- USPS: Orders that weigh less than 2 lbs, to Canada or to a P.O. box address may be shipped US Postal Service or alternative methods.

FedEx Express Saver: Delivery to businesses by 4:30pm and to residences by 7pm, in 3 business days.
FedEx 2Day: By 4:30pm in 2 business days to most areas (by 7pm to residences).
FedEx Priority Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 10:30am to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30pm or 5pm in remote areas.
FedEx Standard Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 3pm to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.

Items shipping internationally from the US, as well as items being dispatched from our UK Warehouse, are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
