just as promised - easy to assemble, easy to clean. Used it for BBQ sauce. Followed the directions for thinning the BBQ sauce slightly with vinegar and it flowed beautifully. Never any spurting - nice even flow. Very quiet once the sauce was distributed. Only thing to know is that the BBQ sauce that we used clearly has some red dye in it (Baby Ray's) and the clear plastic parts were stained pink by the sauce.

I almost bought a cheaper fountain at Target but my husband told me to look online first to see if I can find a better deal. I searched online and found Sephra, even though it cost more than I was planning on paying for a fountain Sephra was worth paying a little more. The fountain looks beautiful and it was actually quite. It was a big hit! I am very happy that I did my research and I am very pleased with Sephra. I recommend using sephra belgian milk chocolate it taste so delicious. I didn't need to add vegetable shortening to the chocolate.

used this for a graduation party.. what a hit!! easy to use .. Getting the Sephra chocolate is a must.. great quality chocolate.. a little pricey but worth it! you don't have to add vegetable oil.. comes in bags u pop in the microwave..

This Chocolate fountain is easy to use and easy to set up. The only thing I can find wrong with it is the power cord is a little short so the times we've used it we had to get an extension cord. It is easy to clean up as well.

I bought this chocolate fountain to use at my daughter's 8th birthday party (Lion King themed). It worked great and was a HUGE hit among the kids and adults! It was very easy to set up. I chose to use the Sephra brand chocolate that you do not have to add oil to. It was very simple to use as well, just microwave in the bag, massage bag, and repeat until liquid. This fountain requires a minimum of 3 lbs of chocolate and has a maximum of 4 lbs. I was really dreading cleaning this thing up but that was nearly as bad as I expected I'd say clean up and disassembly took about 20 mins. That was worth it for the joy the kids got from it! I was also concerned about it being hot around kids but that was not an issue either. The fountain keeps the chocolate warm but not hot and the base doesn't get too hot either. I can't wait to use it again!

I did a little research before buying this item in order to get close to what I was looking for. I wanted a fountain that would melt the chocolate right in it rather than having to microwave it and pour it. I did a little test run with my kiddos and luckily, it does melt although it takes some time but that's ok. It is a convenient option to have b/c if you are at a venue that doesn't have a microwave. Just give yourself about 30-45 minutes for the chocolate to melt and make sure there are no major clumps to stop the flow once you start it. It looks professional (not cheap) and it holds quite a bit of chocolate. I will officially use it for the first time in couple days for a baby shower of up to 50 ppl. I'm sure it will be a great treat for the guest!

I bought this along with 4 lbs Sephra Belgian milk chocolate for my sons 6th birthday. It went perfectly and took little effort. There were about 25 kids and 15 adults and it lasted plenty long enough for everyone to get into the action. The Sephra chocolate is expensive but the guests were very impressed with the taste and it was so easy to prepare. I threw the whole bag in unopened and used the melt chocolate setting for 3 minutes took it out and massaged the bag mixing the chocolate then I threw it back in for one minute at a time until you can shake the bag and hear the liquid splashing around. When we were done I put the leftover strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries in separate paper plates and pored the remaining chocolate over the fruit and put it in the fridge and it is delicious... I even covered two bananas in the chocolate. It was a big hit.
