THE SELECT - 16 " Home Fondue Fountain

This fountain was perfect for our small gathering. I melted 4 lbs. of milk chocolate in a double boiler. When it was close to being melted, I added 1/2 cup or coconut oil. The flow of chocolate was flawless. The only slight downside was that the coconut oil gave the chocolate a hint of coconut flavor. I have used coconut oil for lots of things and have never had that result. It was an unfamiliar brand so figure that might have been the reason.

See this for my daughter's sweet 16 party. It was a huge hit. For 3 and 1/2 hours multiple teens came and ate strawberries, marshmallows and other goodies. The chocolate flowed beautifully after being warmed in the microwave. It was a little clunky when we first plugged it in but my husband unplugged it to look at it and when we plugged it back in when got that beautiful flow. He said he thought there was an air bubble. We will definitely use it for our next party. 4 pounds of chocolate was plenty for 30 people with a good amount left over.

I worried about using it at my daughters birthday party because of some reviews, but it turned out great ! We used it for 3,5 hours straight, the chocolate run smoothly the whole time! Great product !

I brought this to use at parties. Everyone loves it. It runs very quiet and keeps a good flow of chocolate going. It definitely needs to be level. If not is does not work very well. It has adjustable "feet" that you can adjust to level it. It works great when level!

Great product, excelent performance, quiet motor, you don't waste too many product as in any another bigger chocolate fountains, I use it also with chamoy and works just great, you can have it turned on by 2-3 hours consecutives with no problem at all, easy to clean and assembly, the only inconvinient is that you can not remove the basin to clean it, so have to be very careful when washing it but no big deal.

Bought for my wedding reception and it worked flawlessly once it was properly set up. We used the melting chocolate made for fountains and melting pots and had no problems. If the chocolate is not flowing like it should, check to make sure it is hot enough. Also don't forget to burp your fountain. Turn it on so chocolate gets to the top and starts to flow. It will probably be uneven. Turn just the auger off and wait until you see bubbles comming out of the top. When the bubbles stop turn it back on and watch it flow. This fountain holds 4lbs of chocolate. We had over 100 people at our reception and there was plenty of chocolate.

This fountain runs quiet (more quiet when it's full) and worked without fail. I didn't have any problems getting it started. Melted 4lbs of chocolate which just barely fit in the container and turned it on. It ran for 6 hours straight before I was finally able to get everyone away from it to shut it off and clean it. Would recommend to anyone who wants to add a touch of flare to a get-together.

this thing is very cool... no noise at all and it works flawlessly... bought for a fun decoration piece at my daughter's birthday party and will use it anytime i can after... i purchased two pancake/cupcake dispensers to easily fill with the remaining chocolate and used to fill molds, should be less a mess to clean up afterwards... not bad to clean up at all, the fountain pieces are easy to assemble and disassemble to put in the dish washer machine and the main dish is easy cleaned by a soapy and wet paper towel...
