This was the hit of the wedding. It is well worth the price to get a good heater since we had a cheap one and it did not work as well. It was quiet too. NICE

I already did because I friend of mine has it and swears by it or used it on Christmas Day and it was absolutely fabulous I'm loving it so far

Used the Sephra Chocolate Fountain for a wedding reception which was the biggest hit (besides the bride) of the night. It is so easy to use, quite and looks really expensive. I highly recommend it.

I love this so much! we use this for so many parties! The ChocoMaker chocolate works so good in it and its cheap to buy it. Sephra has good chocolate too!

I needed this for an event that was happening in less than a week. I'd never used one before, so did some research about which to buy and googled some videos about it. I would highly recommend watching Sephra's videos before attempting to use it. It was very simple to assemble and set up, and worked like a charm. I had the gap in chocolate, but as the video said, once I "burped" it, it flowed as it was supposed to. I can't vouch for other chocolate, but based on some of the reviews I've seen, I recommend using the Sephra brand of chocolate. It was very tasty. Just be careful not to burn it. The chocolate is oily, so that's the most tedious part, but it was not an arduous task. Very easy to clean.

Heavy-duty fountain fed 35 people easily. The chocolate we used was a bit thick, so we added chunks of cocoa butter. The unit melted them down easily and allowed the chocolate to thin down. (We did them same thing with chocolate in a $30 unit, and a piece of cocoa butter clogged it and chocolate was sprayed everywhere!) But this unit ran great. Has multiple heat settings, and is warm enough to actually melt the chocolate itself. The pieces are heavy enough that small bits of food don't mess it up. Note: At first, no lights came on and it sat dead. Luckily, my electrian father pulled off the base, found a lose wire and attached it. I had bought the fountain to be the centerpiece of my nephew's rehearsal dinner, so when it didn't work I was in a slight panic. but once corrected, it worked beautifully, was the hit of the night, and was easy to clean! (Well, as easy as chocolate is to clean...) It also shipped much faster than was estimated.

It works so so so so so well!! Heat function is amazing and the overall machine almost makes no noise at all. I looked at many products on amazon and I'm so happy that we landed with this brand/machine. Initially it's a brand that only makes these machines, they've been in business a while and they had nice videos talking about the operation of these machines. I was timid to buy a machine like this at first for "just one event" but now we're using it anytime we can lol

This is awesome...would highly recommend. Very quite and reliable. We ran it trains for 4 hours and turned off to run another hour. Put everything in dishwasher to clean except base which screws off and hand wash. Very sturdy and 3 legs to adjust level. Electronic controls make it easy to use. Highly recommend using Sephra chocolates as they have high concentration of coco butter for melting.

Omg. This is probably the best chocolate fountain I have ever bought. It is super quiet and you can't even hear it running. It was the life of the party at my engagement party. If you follow the instructions, you can't mess it up. The chocolate flowed nice and smoothly and all I had to use was 4lbs of chocolate. Totally worth the price and super easy to clean as all the pieces came apart to clean.

We used it for a queso fountain at our sons wedding. It took some work to get the consistency right for the flow to be what we wanted. You have to keep it refilled if you’re serving lots of guests or the flow will stop. Overall, it was worth the purchase.
