Made for Sephra by Barry Callebaut, our imported Dark Belgian Chocolate is an exquisite blend of the finest, natural ingredients. Designed to be melted without the need for additives making Sephra chocolate ideal for use as a delicious ingredient in recipes and also for covering cakes, cupcakes, tray bakes and confectionery. Indulgently rich – with a distinctly sweet aroma. Popular with chefs and caterers the world over, these callets are designed for both commercial and home use and are ideal for chocolate fountains, baking and confectionery.
GLUTEN FREE

The flavor was awesome not bitter and not too sweet. Used it for my chocolate fountain. It was a huge hit. The melting process is my only issue, having to melt it prior to putting in the fountain.
