Made for Sephra by Barry Callebaut, our imported Dark Belgian Chocolate is an exquisite blend of the finest, natural ingredients. Designed to be melted without the need for additives making Sephra chocolate ideal for use as a delicious ingredient in recipes and also for covering cakes, cupcakes, tray bakes and confectionery. Indulgently rich – with a distinctly sweet aroma. GLUTEN FREE

Very easy to melt and pour into the fondue pot. The flavor was excellent also. The other couple that we had over for the fondue, really liked it too.

Great chocolate for my Sephra chocolate fountain. I have had my fountain for years and only use Sephra chocolate. The chocolate flavor is very rich. I only get compliments when they see the fountain.

Don't throw it out after it goes through your fountain

This chocolate worked perfectly in my chocolate fountain, and was very tasty. Don't cut the top off the bag before you completely melt the chocolate in the microwave like I did, though! Wen I was "massaging" it during the melting process, about 1/3 of the chips flew out the top of the bag onto the floor. It was also very good as a "leftover"... even though the directions say to pour the unused chocolate into the trash. My guests didn't do any "double dipping" so I saw no reason to waste all that extra chocolate. I poured it onto a waxed-paper-lined slab and sprinkled with Maldon flaked sea salt and broke it into chunks. Very tasty!
