Made for Sephra by Barry Callebaut, our imported Dark Belgian Chocolate is an exquisite blend of the finest, natural ingredients. Designed to be melted without the need for additives making Sephra chocolate ideal for use as a delicious ingredient in recipes and also for covering cakes, cupcakes, tray bakes and confectionery. Indulgently rich – with a distinctly sweet aroma. Popular with chefs and caterers the world over, these callets are designed for both commercial and home use and are ideal for chocolate fountains, baking and confectionery.
GLUTEN FREE

I'm not a big dark chocolate fan but OMG this chocolate is delicious. I can't get enough of it. Works great with chocolate fountain or just to chocolate covered fruit. I actually now crave this chocolate- yummy! It was also a big hit with my guests when I used it for the chocolate fountain. Definitely worth paying a higher price and buying this chocolate over others.

I found that a full fountain of the milk chocolate variety was a bit too sweet, so mixing the chocolate half and half with this dark made all the difference in the world. Delicious.
Best for dipping cake balls

I have been using this chocolate for 5+ years to dip my cake balls for Christmas treats. They are flawless. I dipped 532 balls using 4 bag. I give these to my team at work. Cheaper than taking them out to lunch/dinner.
