Made for Sephra by Barry Callebaut, our imported Dark Belgian Chocolate is an exquisite blend of the finest, natural ingredients. Designed to be melted without the need for additives making Sephra chocolate ideal for use as a delicious ingredient in recipes and also for covering cakes, cupcakes, tray bakes and confectionery. Indulgently rich – with a distinctly sweet aroma. Popular with chefs and caterers the world over, these callets are designed for both commercial and home use and are ideal for chocolate fountains, baking and confectionery.
GLUTEN FREE

Worked perfectly in our small fountain. Not too thin, not too think. Great with strawberries, fingers, marshmallows, cookies. Works well because it has a high fat content. Dieters beware! Sigh ...

I made gluten free brownies with this dark chips and they such a richness to them. I also snack on them as a treat all by themselves they are so delicious!!

We switched our normal Christmas Eve chocolate fondue tradition to a similar chocolate fountain experience. As this is a rare and special occurrence in our family, I was so pleased to be able to find this Sephra chocolate on-line, as I was unable to find it in my small city (Huntsville, AL); and even happier it tasted so divine! ~ Randy

I try to only eat dark chocolate, since milk chocolate has no redeeming qualities. And this chocolate is absolutely fantastic. Great taste and perfect for melting in a fondue pot. Excellent for dipping.
Lovely vegan chocolate

I use this to make vegan chocolates and bars for my wife, who's a bit of a chocaholic. I've even used it with wafers to make homemade (and far cheaper) vegan Kit Kats. It melts really easily in the microwave or in a bowl in a water bath, pours easily, and solidifies well within an hour or so in the fridge.
