THE ELITE - 19" Home Fondue Fountain

This was a hit at our party! It was easy to use and clean. We used it with Sephra chocolate and loved it!

It works so so so so so well!! Heat function is amazing and the overall machine almost makes no noise at all. I looked at many products on amazon and I'm so happy that we landed with this brand/machine. Initially it's a brand that only makes these machines, they've been in business a while and they had nice videos talking about the operation of these machines. I was timid to buy a machine like this at first for "just one event" but now we're using it anytime we can lol So easy to clean as well, everything is removed quickly and nicely. Well done!!

I was very nervous about buying the right fountain and this is the right one to get. I left it flowing from 12:00pm until 6:00pm with about 100 people coming to dip multiple items. The company has helpful Youtube videos about how to run the machine and how much chocolate to use. I ended up using Wilton chocolate with this because I did not have time to order the Sephra chocolate. It flowed beautifully through the fountain all day. I used about 8 lbs of chocolate for the whole event.

I have purchased a couple of those $50 fountains just to send them back. The chocolate does not flow like you see on the cover picture unless you cut the chocolate with a lot of vegetable oil.

Easy to assemble and a big hit every time it’s used but very hard to clean and be careful to get your mixture the right consistency otherwise fondue will fly everywhere. All in all for price it’s worth it.

Sephra is on the top of every home-use chocolate fountain, so I went with the recommendation & it performed as it should (one use so far, so this is not a longevity review). Fortunately, I found a website that gave the recipe for unbranded chocolate ratio (I cup bittersweet chips to 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil...costco has a great price). You must load the machine with the proper amount of chocolate, I did 6 pounds of chocolate & it lasted for a 4 hour open house with lots of guests. Clean up was a snap with the removable base: but you must clean right away before the chocolate cools. The machine was super quiet. I wonder if some of the bad reviews didn't use the proper amount of product. Included is a funnel so you can test viscosity & you must use a proper weight of product otherwise it will not flow down the tiers.... you can't test it with a small amount of product.

We rented this machine from an events store for the weekend. It was a huge hit, and the machine performed flawlessly. We are so impressed we're planning on buying one (or two) for our next event. We used the Sephra brand milk chocolate bags. To be fair these are found for about double the price of the raw ingredients you could make yourself, but in my opinion oh-so-worth-it. From what my wife was told Sephra uses coconut oil as the primary base so that it melts consistently and at a lower temperature. If you want children dipping into hot chocolate you'll appreciate the lower melting point of the coconut oil, and the 'Low' setting of this unit. In the future we're going to play around with adding additional ingredients like peanut butter, spices, and flavorings. The machine ran for about 5 hours consecutively without any sort of hickup. Near the end of the night instead of adding more chocolate I let it run with a bit of a 'step' to the flow.
