Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Stir until melted and set aside to cool slightly.
Cut apples into wedged slices. Dip each slice halfway into caramel and place on plate. Drizzle with melted white chocolate
