Sephra Commercial Mini Waffle / Wafflet Waffle Baker, Fully Certified
The Sephra Wafflet Maker creates four perfectly rounded mini sized waffles. Wafflets have the same light, crispy texture and classic taste as the Belgian Waffle... only smaller. The filling options are endless, choose from strawberries, raspberries, cream, Chocolate Sauce, Nutella, banana, Salted Caramel Sauce, ice cream and gelato to name but a few fabulous combinations. For best results use Sephra’s add water only Waffle Mix which is available in convenient 5.5lb bags.
Until now only low quality machines were available in the market, which failed quickly, had poor warranty and did not heat the batter well.
The New & Improved high quality Sephra Wafflet Maker, with greater reliability and longer lasting, is a tried and tested method of baking great Wafflets every time. With its adjustable Timer & Thermostat with Audible Alarm, which tells you when your Wafflet is baked, it is easy to use and requires no training. Simply pour in to the baker, close, flip and the baker will beep when the Wafflets are ready. The 180-degree left/right turning of the baking plates allows for optimal distribution of the dough.
The Sephra Wafflet Maker features easy to use coated plates, so the Wafflets won't stick to the surface and can be easily removed once baked.
If you are lucky to already own the Sephra Standard Rotational Baker, your plates can be interchanged between classic Belgian, Bubble, Donut, Filled Belgian, Mini Belgian and Skinny Belgian waffle styles. Please note that Croffle plates are not compatible with the Sephra Standard Rotational Baker.

Sephra plates are bespoke to Sephra Waffle Bakers. Plates are considered wear & tear and should be changed as needed, depending on use. We do not recommend the use of release sprays as it will degrade the coating faster, and heavy handed use can cause issues with your baker.
