For each 5lb bag of mix, slowly add 2.2 liters of cold water. Let sit for 10 minutes, and stir again. For smaller quantities (about 6 waffles), mix 1lb (3 cups) of the mix, and 2 cups of water. Let sit for 10 minutes, and stir again.

Yeild: Each 5lb bag yields approximately 30-32 bubble waffles in Sephra's Bubble Waffle Baker.

Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour, sugar, corn starch, rice flour, vegetable oil and shortening (soy or canola), soy flour, cornflour, dried malt extract, baking powder, dried whole egg powder, salt, dextrose, natural and artificial flavors, sucralose.
