Yield: Each 5lb bag yields approximately 30-32 bubble waffles in Sephra's 7" Bubble Waffle Baker.
For each 5lb bag of mix, slowly add 2.2 liters of cold water. Let sit for 10 minutes, and stir again. For smaller quantities (about 6 waffles), mix 1lb (3 cups) of the mix, and 2 cups of water. Let sit for 10 minutes, and stir again. Preheat your Bubble Waffle Baker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. cook until golden, cover with your favorite toppings and taste the Sephra difference!
Ingredients (allergens in bold): Enriched wheat flour, sugar, corn starch, rice flour, vegetable oil and shortening (soy or canola), soy flour, corn flour, dried malt extract, baking powder, dried whole egg powder, salt, dextrose, natural and artificial flavors, sucralose.

Storage: Store the product in a clean, dry and odorless environment with low humidity, at temperatures not exceeding 22 °C / 71.6 °F.

Sweeter than regular waffles

Its good! A bit sweeter than the recipe our company uses right now! The added sugar really makes it quite sweet and works well with other sweet/savory options , specially we will add ice cream and chocolate on top of it.

The mix is quick and easy to make and cook time is short too! Which is a plus when it gets busy. It comes out crisp and nicely bubbled

Finally got a chance to play with the sample mix. The first few waffles was uncooked inside and burn on the outside but I think this was my mistake. I add more water to the mix and also I did not spray the iron this time. The fourth waffle came out perfect.It was very crispy and evenly cooked. The sweetness level was just right.
