With Sephra’s Cake Donut Mix, making bakery-quality donuts at home has never been easier. Simply add water, fry until golden brown, and enjoy soft, fluffy donuts that taste as good as they smell.

Yield: 2.2lb / 1kg approximately 30 donuts using a 50g distributor. 6.6lb / 3kg (whole bag) approximately 90 donuts using a 50g distributor.
JUST ADD WATER! First add water to mixing bowl, then add flour mix. Mix on slow speed for 15 seconds, then on medium for 45 seconds - DO NOT OVERMIX. Rest batter for 10 minutes prior to use.
Water / Mix Ratio: 2.2lb / 1kg with 525ml of water. 6.6lb / 3kg (whole bag) with 1,575ml of water.
Ingredients (allergens in bold): Wheat flour (contains calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, palm oil, rapeseed oil, soy flour, whey powder (milk), milk protein, raising agents (E450), (E500), dried whole egg powder, ground nutmeg, flavoring, salt.
