Dose and steam up with milk for perfect taste and froth or chill with ice cubes after steaming for refreshing summer drinks. Easily steam directly in milk and create a frothy cup of pure indulgence. Each cup is a great source of cocoa flavanols naturally preserved through very delicate processing of the cocoa beans to lift our spirits with a boost of happiness and positive energy. Alternatively serve chilled by pouring the hot chocolate into a glass filled with ice cubes for a refreshingly wholesome Belgian Couverture Chocolate drink.

Yield: For the Sephra Hot Chocolate 1.3gal / 5L Dispenser it is recommended to start with 75% of a 2.2lb bag, adding more as desired for personal taste.
For a mild taste add 35g (3 tblsp) to 200ml of milk (approx. 6.8fl oz).
For an intense taste add 50g (4 tblsp) to 200ml of milk (approx. 6.8fl oz).

Storage: Store the product in a clean, dry (relative humidity max. 70%) and odorless environment, at temperatures between 12 - 20 °C / 53 - 68 °F.
