One of the panels was completely scratched

I purchased this item with the expectation that it would arrive in perfect condition. As soon as it arrived, I opened it right away but didn't inspect it thoroughly, trusting the quality of Sephra products. However, I was shocked when I went to use it, as one of the panels was completely scratched. I have videos and photos from the moment I opened the box, showing that the damage did not occur during shipping, but that the product was packaged and sent out in that defective state. When I contacted customer service, I received a rather unhelpful response, and was told I only had 24 hours to inspect the product. I wasn't asking for a refund or a return—just for someone to take responsibility and ensure that this doesn't happen to other customers. It's important to thoroughly inspect any products purchased from Sephra USA, as you might end up losing your money.

These wind guards are the way to go when you have an outdoor event. We also sometimes use them inside as well when a particularly strong AC vent is blowing directly on the fountains or if we are near an outdoor open entrance. They prevent messes!They are easy to put on, work great and look great.
