How to Use Sephra Waffle Cone Mix 6.6lb
Here’s a simple set of instructions based on using the Sephra Waffle Cone Maker:
1. Mix 1000g of Sephra Waffle Cone Mix with 480g of water.
2. Whisk for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape the bowl down, then mix for another 2 minutes on medium speed.
3. Heat the waffle cone maker to 190°C.
4. Lightly grease the cast iron plates before pouring the batter.
5. Add a scoop of batter, bake for about 30 seconds, then roll with a Sephra Waffle Cone Roller or shape with a Sephra Waffle Bowl Mold while still warm.
6. Let cool to set firm and crunchy.
