This works great, and is quiet! Demo'd it at Easter, and can't wait to use at the grad party in June. I did all my online research for running tips, which are: bought the recommended chocolate, melted the chocolate ahead of time, burped the fountain once running, did not allow any drips of water or big crumbs into the fountain, ran the fountain non-stop until it was time to clean it. Wonderful! We dipped, strawberries, pineapple, marshmallows and pretzel sticks.

I purchased the fondue to use as a chocolate fountain at a bridal shower and was super impressed with the machine - it looked attractive on the table & met performance expectations. Set up & clean up is easy. It takes awhile for the chocolate to melt & start flowing so allow for that in your party planning. I would certainly purchase this machine again!

I have used this a few times so far. The only issue I had with it was because I turned it on before the chocolate was melted enough... so make sure it is the right consistency before turning on the fountain.

I was nervous about ordering this fountain at first cause some reviews were one star. However, the fountain came and it's easy to assemble and they have instructions and troubleshooting if you need any help. Mine had to be burped and leveled and then it worked flawlessly, and you can't even here it when it's on. I bought eight pounds of the Sephra chocolate but only used 6 pounds for about 100 guests. This is really a great investment for future parties too. Also cleaning isn't as hard as people say, if you just clean it right after in hot, soapy water it'll be so easy. Very impressed with the quality of this product!

My niece asked for a chocolate fountain dessert table for her high school graduation party. While her mom worked on the taco bar, I did a ton of research and decided on the Sephra Classic Home fountain. I have to admit that I was a bit nervous using it the day of the party without trying it out first (I cater now and then but normally do a dry run before an event). The fountain itself is solidly built and runs quietly. Hubby made sure the table was dead nuts level by using an app on his cell phone. The table was set up just inside the garage so there were no wind issues. If the Elite model was available I would have purchased it because the bowl can be removed for easier clean up, but the Classic model was just fine. Take some care to do all your research and you will not have any issues.

I HAVE ONLY ONE WORD TO SAY ABOUTTHIS PRODUCT "EXCELLENT". I used it at a party and it was the best thing ever made!!! I used strawberries, marshmallows, and pretzels and it was the talk of the night. I did not have to eat it up in the microwave....I just poured it in the bowl and let it heat up. Super easy to use and BEAUTIFUL to look at!!!! Easy to clean up. I used 2 bags of the Sephra chocolate and it ran for the entire party. My friends 16 year old daughter actually maintained it all night. If you are thinking about getting this product DONT THINK TWICE....I was pleasantly surprised and you will be to.....
