Very easy to set up and use. Flows well, I would recommend always use the Sephra chocolate to ensure the correct melt consistency. Clean up isn't that bad. It does take 4 pounds to run the machine, so there is a cost factor each time you use it, and it is doubtful you will actually use all four pounds. It seems a bit wasteful with the need for 4 lbs to really get it going, perhaps we just didn't have enough people at the party to make it seems worthwhile for 4 pounds. However, the machine itself is great, and worked very well. Everyone enjoyed it and the Sephra chocolate is very tasty.

I needed a quiet chocolate fountain for the prom. I had a cheaper one already but it made a good bit of noise. I was worried that the 18" would not be big enough but it was great. The kids had a grand time and really enjoyed the look of the smoothly flowing chocolate. Fantastic machine! Highly reccommend it.
