THE CLASSIC - 18" Home Fondue Fountain

Bought this for my daughter's 10th birthday party. It was easy to set up and the evening probably would have gone off without a hitch if I had used the viscosity funnel. My first attempt at a chocolate (was trying to make my own chocolate "sauce" without oil) ended with a much too thick mixture. I kept adding evaporated milk to it and whisking it in and voila! it worked!!! The girls stood around me in awe of it as each small batch of "sauce" I added (being runnier and runnier) finally incorporated and made it flow beautifully! It's not the easiest thing to clean (the plastic parts clean up well in hot, soapy water) as the chocolate "bowl" at the bottom is bolted down. I just wiped it clean with warm soapy cloths and a final paper towel to dry it. If you read the instructions and use the right consistency liquid, you should have no problems. As with all "plug-in" appliances, they can't be submerged and therefore, are not the easiest to clean. Totally worth the money, time & effort :)

Easily assembled, we turned it on to get it hot. We melted the chocolate in the microwave and poored it into the fountain and within seconds we had free flowing chocolate. All the kids looked like they took a bath in chocolate but it was soooo fun. The recommended chocolate is very tasty and velvety. Cleanup involving chocolate s never a breeze, but this unit was easy to clean with soapy water. The non-immersable parts wiped clean quite well. Go ahead!

I purchased this item for my daughter 's baby shower and it was a hit. We had a whole table set up with fruit, marshmallows, cookies, etc. the guess really enjoyed this fountain.

I bought this chocolate fountain because all the previous reviews rated it with five stars. This fountain was simple to put together, quiet, and ran like a champ! At first, without the chocolate flowing through it sounded a bit loud. But, after the chocolate was flowing through it the fountain was quiet as a mouse. When you first start the fountain running with the chocolate you have to turn it off and on a few times to get rid of the air and then watch out...it flows flawlessly. Turning it off and on when you notice the flow isn't perfect (for about 10 seconds) is the key to a perfect flow. I love this product.

I got this to use at my wedding reception this summer. I bought it in time to try it out at my bridal shower and it worked great and was a hit! It is easy to set up. I recommend getting the chocolate melted early and running the fountain for at least 20 minutes before the event because it took about 15 minutes for the chocolate to flow properly since there was air in the system. It also is recommended that if the chocolate is not flowing smooth turn the system off for 15 seconds and then turn it back on. The clean up isn't too bad. You can rinse everything except the main power unit in hot water and then put in the dishwasher. The main power unit can not be submerged in water, but is pretty easy to wipe clean. I rinsed with a bit of hot water in the basin and then took a clean sponge with soapy hot water and wiped it clean! I would recommend this to anyone looking for an easy to use chocolate fountain for any event.

Got this for a wedding shower at our home. Works great!!!!!! Read the instructions and watch the YouTube videos. We have used it two more times already. I researched This a bit and found this one to be a great one for the price point. Very happy!!!

Bought this product for a weekend party of about 25 people. Thought it would be entertaining for the kids. Ordered through amazon prime, received it in two days. Popped it out of the box on the day of the party, set it up, made sure it was level, and then melted a few pounds of Belgian chocolate bars over boiling water. Turned on the heat in the fountain, poured in the chocolate and turned on the fountain. Worked like a champ, cascaded perfectly. Put out some marshmallows, pretzels, strawberries...marshmallows were the favorite (they ate a whole bag of them). Everybody loved the fountain, the chocolate was amazing too. They were mostly just dipping out of the dish part. I had no problems with clean up (because my wife cleaned it:-). She did it immediately after we turned it off...just poured out the chocolate and then wiped out the pan. The fountain part was washed in the sink. She said it was easy. I would recommend this fountain.

Worked perfectly. Bought the chocolate recommended and follow the instructions and it worked exactly how I was expecting. I accidentally forced the bottom tier down too hard so it was lower than it should’ve been. Other than that it worked great for the 6 hours it was on at the party.
