Maple & Pecan Belgian Waffles

How to prepare your Sephra Waffle batter

Our comes in 5 lb bags. Each bag will make around 30-34 waffles. To make a full batch: Pour 9 1/3 C. of cold water into a stainless steel bowl. Gradually add one 5 lb bag of the mix and whisk 'til big lumps are gone. Pour about 2/3 cups of batter onto the waffle griddle for each waffle. Cook until golden brown. To make a small Batch: Pour 1 3/4 cups of cold water into a stainless steel bowl. Gradually add 3 cups of mix and whisk until any big lumps are gone. Pour about 2/3 cups batter onto the waffle griddle for each waffle. Cook until golden brown. Makes about 5-6 cups of batter and yields 6-7 waffles.
