Pumpkin fondue

Pumpkin fondue is the epitome of fall food

Bring the taste and aroma of Autumn into your home with this delicious pumpkin fondue.

Chocolate fondue is usually favored fountain fodder but, this fall, we are bucking the trend!

Alternatively, you might choose two fondue fountains for your next Autumn event – one sweet and one savory.

Our Select Home Fondue Fountains are very affordable, yet still top of the line when it comes to kitchen equipment.

You’ll find all our home fountains to be whisper quiet, so your guests won’t have to talk over the fountain. Just dip and enjoy!

How to make the Spiced Pumpkin Fondue

Pumpkin

Did you know pumpkins are classed as fruits rather than vegetables?

This pumpkin fondue is delicious and, since its relatively sweet, dipping foods might include apples, bananas, or cookies. You could even drizzle over ice cream!

There are so many Halloween party ideas but why not fondue it this year for fun?!

You will need:

  • 2 lbs. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 ½ cups sugar
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbs. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • Add milk as needed (apx 1-2 cups)

Pumpkin and pumpkin seeds have lots of health benefits too

To make:

Mix the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until completely smooth and until the sugar is dissolved.

Make sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl a few times while mixing before adding additional ingredients.

Add the pumpkin puree, spices, and maple syrup. Put the fondue in the fountain and thin with milk by the tablespoon as needed until the dip reaches the proper consistency.

Run through fountain without heat. Makes enough fondue for use in our largest home fondue fountains.

Note: The fondue will naturally thin out as it reaches room temperature.
