To make your own, you will need:
½ cup of white sugar

How to make your own Apple Cider Syrup
Firstly, mix together the sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Then stir in the apple cider and lemon juice.
Next, cook over a medium heat until the mixture begins to boil. Continue to boil until the syrup thickens.

Benefits of consuming apple cider
Did you know apple cider can help protect the body against free radicals and cell damage?
It may also help lower your risk of certain types of cancer, diabetes and heart disease.
These health benefits are thanks, largely, to apple cider’s antioxidant properties, which come from plant compounds otherwise known as polyphenols.
Some studies have even shown that apple cider can help manage weight loss.
