Belgian Waffle

So many Belgian waffle recipes, so little time! Here are a few of our favorites for fall…

Maple & Pecan Belgian Waffles

Belgian Waffle

Fall is all about comforting Maple, pumpkin and nutty flavors. That’s why Maple & Pecan Belgian Waffles are one of our seasonal favorites!

First of all, you need to toast your pecans in preparation.

Then add roughly 1¼ cup of the pecans and 1½ – 2 tbsps of Maple extract to Sephra’s Belgian Waffle batter.

Bake in your Waffle Baker and top with a smear of soft butter and a drizzle of warm Maple Syrup.

Pumpkin-Spiced Belgian Waffles

Pumpkins

Everything at this time of year is “pumpkin-spiced”, so why not pumpkin waffles?

With the Sephra Belgian Waffle Mix, you just need to add water to make the perfect waffle.

And, for this recipe, all it takes is 4-5 heaped teaspoons of Pumpkin Spice Blend to transform your waffles into a fall delicacy.

Simply top with Maple Syrup and whipped cream or Apple Cider Syrup.

Chocolate Chip Waffles

Waffle with ice cream

Make a small batch of waffle batter according to Sephra Belgian Waffle mix package directions.

Then, to avoid sticky chocolate in your waffle maker, add 1 tablespoon of dry waffle batter mix to ½ cup of chocolate chips (milk or dark – your choice) in a separate small bowl.

Stir and coat the chips evenly with the dry batter mix.  Add the prepared batter to the waffle baker and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of dry chip mixture on each waffle.

Smooth the moist batter over the chocolate chips and bake as directed. Easy and delicious!

You’ll soon have a fluffy Belgian waffle hiding tasty little chocolate morsels to please even the pickiest eater at your table.

Chocolate S’Mores Belgian Waffles

Waffle with Nutella

For a small batch of S’mores Chocolate Waffles, add 5-6 tablespoons of sifted dry, baking cocoa and 8-9 tablespoons of sugar to the batter.

Mix well and bake as usual. When the waffle comes out of the waffle baker, immediately swirl a generous spoonful of Nutella on top.

Next, sprinkle with S’mores Pieces.  PERFECT!

We’re talking downright delicious and adorable.  A great dessert waffle or a fun treat for a birthday party, baby shower or even wedding brunch.

We hope you’ll try some or all of our versatile ways to enjoy Sephra Belgian Waffle Mix.
