Yield: Makes approximately 192 x 2oz Cookies or approximately 66 x 5.65oz Cookie Desserts.
Ingredients Ratio: 3.5oz Cookie Mix, 5oz Margarine / Butter and 2.5oz / 7ml Water.
Mix dry mix and margarine / butter for 3-5 minutes at medium speed. Add 2.5oz / 7ml water and blend until the dough has formed. As desired add 7oz of your favorite inclusions (ie. bake stable chocolate chips, or ). For baked cookies scaled at 2oz and bake in an oven at 310°F for 10 minutes, for cookie desserts scaled at 5.65oz and bake at 360°F for 9 minutes. These instructions are intended as a guide and may require changes to individual baking conditions.
Ingredients (allergens in bold):Wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, and thiamin), sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), demerara sugar (sugar, cane molasses), whole egg powder, whey powder (Milk), dextrose, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), salt, natural flavoring.
Allergen information: Contains wheat, egg and milk and may contain trace amounts of soy and nuts due to common processing equipment.
Storage: Store the product in a clean, dry and odorless environment with low humidity, at temperatures not exceeding 21 °C / 69.8 °F.
